About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Simmi Paul Insurance Agency Inc. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and sell insurance products that meet their needs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Policy Administration: Ensure that all policy requirements are met, including completing forms and medical examinations.
  • Claims and Risk Management: Monitor insurance claims and provide support to clients during the claims process.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi is an asset.
  • Certifications and Licenses: A provincial or territorial license is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
