They will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary forms, medical examinations, and policy requirements are completed, as well as monitoring insurance claims and responding to clients' enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Sell insurance policies to clients, including explaining policy features, benefits, and risks.
- Process insurance applications, including gathering and verifying client information.
- Monitor and respond to client enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in insurance regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Provincial or territorial licence to sell insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Reliability and flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
