We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with diverse needs. - Develop program curriculum to promote individual growth and independence.
- Assist in the development of innovative program ideas and alternative therapeutic activities.
- Design activity curriculums and program schedules to meet the needs of individuals.
- Provide skills training and support to individuals with diverse needs.
- Gather input from individuals and team members to develop creative goals and objectives.
- Complete daily data, monthly progress notes, and semi-annual reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team review meeting and ensure continuous communication between staff, participants, families, funding sources, consultants, the community, and administrative team.
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's Degree in a related field and 1 year of related experience or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Strong computer knowledge and ability to multi-task with frequently changing priorities are essential for this role.
