Human Resources Manager

Oceans Fresh Food Market is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in human resource management. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, managing contracts, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
As a Human Resources Manager at Oceans Fresh Food Market, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. You will be responsible for advising senior management, responding to employee questions and complaints, and liaising with management, union officials, and HR consultants.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, as well as overseeing payroll administration and recruiting and hiring staff.
