**Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist - Cloud Infrastructure to join our Digital and Data Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our software factory's services and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and Monitoring tools. They will also have at least 5 years of experience in development or administration of Software Factory tools.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the stability and availability of the software factory's services and tools
  • Adhering to the platform's SLA in a Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support model
  • Operating services in compliance with security regulations
  • Communicating effectively regarding incidents and planned releases
  • Assisting application teams in adopting best practices for industrializing their Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines

**Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Linux, Bash, Python, Jenkins, Git, and Monitoring tools
  • At least 5 years of experience in development or administration of Software Factory tools
  • Autonomy: capable of independently leading meetings with users, representing the department to application managers, and escalating issues when necessary
  • A strong willingness to learn new technologies, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues involving multiple IT teams or users

**What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
