Job Description

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and teams, including coordinating project information, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project information and manage documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Facilitate communication between project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the project, with support from the finance team.
  • Assist with tendering and proposal documentation, including developing submission structures and organizing proposal content.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate submissions of RFIs, CCNs, and other project-related documents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a construction or environmental contracting environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Sage Intacct, and Heavy Bid/Job.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
