About the Position

The Product Formulation Specialist position at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is responsible for leading PFNA R&D formula specifications team support for AOP initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process specifications meet business requirements and region standards.

  • Manage the specification formula writing process, formula documentation programs, and formula workflow launches & routes for PFNA innovation projects.
  • Ensure the integrity and high quality of formula specification documentation, supporting projects of medium and high complexity in partnership with Product Developers and TDC.
  • Work closely with project leaders and functional teams to complete required formula documentation, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-ups and status reviews.
  • Manage efficiently the PFNA formula creation agenda aligned with our stage gate processes, updating and managing trackers for metrics report out.
Key Responsibilities

This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or food science and at least 3 years of experience in the food industry.
