At Milestone Environmental Contracting Inc., we are seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

About the Role

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project managers and teams, including coordinating project information, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process field data, including daily field packages and vendor invoices.
  • Verify accurate data capture and processing for all project costs, including labour, equipment, subcontractor, and materials.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for the project, with support from the finance team.
  • Assist with tendering and proposal documentation, including developing submission structures and organizing proposal content.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate submissions of RFIs, CCNs, and other project-related documents.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a construction or environmental contracting environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Sage Intacct, and Heavy Bid/Job.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
