Gore Mutual Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to support the EPMO in delivering strategic business value. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the evaluation and prioritization process of projects, supporting business strategy through project prioritization and intake processes, and developing business cases to ensure clear articulation of requests and alignment to strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on portfolio analysis and KPIs. They will also possess excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to make independent decisions and bring thought leadership to the role.

The Portfolio Management Specialist will work closely with IT stakeholders to feed into estimates, lead the creation of annual portfolio implementation plans, and manage regular reporting across the portfolio of projects. They will also support the Director in refining the portfolio reporting framework and focus on incremental improvements to reporting over time.
