Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Support Analyst to join our team at RJR Innovations. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our end-users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level and second-level support to end-users for our Service Desk application, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and effective communication.
  • Document all calls and emails to the Service Desk, including initial troubleshooting and information gathering, to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Monitor Service Desk queues to ensure timely processing of tickets, including first contact with clients and closure of completed tickets.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve incident tickets in a timely manner, ensuring seamless support to our end-users.
  • Check Service Desk voicemails and emails to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
  • Provide internal support for IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Route tickets according to service levels if a resolution cannot be reached at the first level, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Be available for on-call support during after-hours, providing 24/7 support to our end-users.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent IT troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both official languages, with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users and team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide exceptional support to our end-users.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure timely resolution of incidents.
  • Strong professional image and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in IT support, preferably in a Service Desk environment.

  • Competitive salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.
