About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Road Runner Freight Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative assistance and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
