Transformative HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Director to join our Human Resources team at Seneca. As a key member of our HR Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience and optimize HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Transformation Solutions: Collaborate with the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change to develop and implement HR transformation solutions that align with Seneca's strategic plan.
  • Operationalizing Strategic Priorities: Support the HR team in operationalizing and evolving HR strategic priorities, ensuring seamless execution and effective change management.
  • Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to deliver a cohesive HR experience, leveraging innovative tools and techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strategic Organizational Transformation: Develop and implement short and long-term strategic organizational transformation plans, ensuring alignment with change management strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Agile Project Management: Lead programs and projects using agile project management tools and techniques, driving the strategic development, change management, and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Incubation and Innovation: Act as an incubation area for strategic initiatives within the HR department, applying human-centered design and systems thinking to improve the end-to-end service experience.
  • Outcome Assessment and Improvement: Assess and measure the success of delivered outcomes, making iterative changes as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record of driving successful organizational change, strong leadership skills, and a PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar credential. Experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, process mapping, and strong business acumen are essential. Additionally, possessing adept diplomatic relationship management, collaborative abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
