Transformative HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Associate Director of HR Transformation. This role will play a critical part in driving transformative initiatives in HR, supporting the optimization of HR processes, and enhancing the employee and client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful organizational change, strong leadership skills, and a PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar credential. Experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, as well as process mapping, is highly desirable.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of HR transformation solutions that optimize the employee experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change in operationalizing and evolving HR strategic priorities.
  • Implementing process improvements to support the delivery of a cohesive HR experience.
  • Developing and implementing short and long-term strategic organizational transformation plans and ensuring they are aligned with change management strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Leading programs and projects using innovative, agile, and project management tools and techniques in the strategic development, change management, and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Acting as an incubation area for any strategic initiatives within the HR department, leveraging a project-based approach, while always applying a human-centred design and systems thinking to understand and improve the end-to-end service experience.
  • Assessing and measuring the success of delivered outcomes and making iterative changes where necessary.
