About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers by researching, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 2 (L2) support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, including configuration issues and break/fix repairs
  • Collaborate with L1 support teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Document all interactions and incidents in our ticketing system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard IT service management tools
