Job Summary

The Pan Am Clinic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Service Worker to join our team. As a Support Service Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, staff, and community partners by maintaining a clean and safe environment, providing food service, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide housekeeping and food service to patients, staff, and community partners
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Operate food service equipment, including dishwashers and refrigerators
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in housekeeping and food service in a healthcare or related environment an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Working Conditions

The Support Service Worker will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
