Job Title: Registered Nurse - Weekend Availability

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our on-call team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality home health care to our clients, utilizing your clinical skills to ensure their physical and emotional comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by using the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, and counseling
  • Deliver the highest quality home health care with compassion, excellence, and reliability
  • Build relationships with clients and their families to provide personalized care

Requirements:

  • RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle
