As an Inside Sales Representative at Fortinet, you will be an integral part of our sales organization.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build productive relationships with customers and colleagues.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves collaborating with Field & Inside Sales Account Managers to drive revenue in assigned territories. You will assist in building and executing plans to grow business, both through new customer acquisition and existing customer relationships.

You will work closely with our reseller partners, marketing, and channel teams to drive deals and increase revenue. We provide ongoing training programs to support your personal success and prepare you for future career opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding sales cycles and internal/external business processes.
  • Addressing customer satisfaction issues and requests promptly.
  • Meeting/exceeding sales activity metrics for productivity and success.
  • Assisting with customer presentations and demos via Teams/Zoom.
  • Aligning with sales, channel, and partner teams to support overall revenue targets.
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned to support business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Coachability and flexibility.
  • Self-motivation and effective time/activity management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with Salesforce a plus.
