We're seeking highly motivated Enterprise Sales Specialists to join our North American sales team and make buying easier for Canadian business customers.
Job Summary
As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for building and managing your book of business, leveraging solution-selling, traditional, and digital prospecting tactics to create personalized solutions for institutions. You'll develop relationships with buying decision-makers across functional areas and work closely with customers to manage deployment and ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
About the Role
- Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities to businesses and organizations.
- Assist customers with registration and present registered customers with Amazon Business account tours.
- Meet or exceed targets for customer acquisition and customer spend adoption.
- Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts.
- Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
- Drive customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing, merchandising, business development, customer service, and other key internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant consultative sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding program goals and revenue targets.
- 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience with a focus on hunting new business.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
