Enterprise Sales Development Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As an ESDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with enterprise customers. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities- SOURCE: Source new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, social media, and referrals.
- DISCOVERY: Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points.
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
- DATA MANAGEMENT: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and pipeline activity.
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $80,000 CAD per year, plus uncapped commission. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as flexible paid time off and a home office setup.
