### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of ERP to lead all aspects of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementation and management, with experience leading large cross-functional teams and budgets. The Director of ERP will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an ERP strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial but not required.

### Responsibilities

* Develop and implement an ERP strategy that aligns with our business objectives
* Lead all aspects of the implementation and ongoing sustainment of the ERP system
* Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives
* Lead the ERP team and provide leadership and guidance to team members
* Ensure the ERP system is operating efficiently and optimally
* Identify areas for improvement and build solutions to improve the ERP system
* Foster and maintain positive relationships with key collaborators
* Own an array of key 3rd partners across delivery and sustainment
* Reporting to Senior management and Board as the need arises

### Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, or a related field
* Experience leading large cross-functional teams and budgets
* Proficient in Software development lifecycles, agile, release management, organizational change
* 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Spanish speaking proficiency is beneficial
