Job Title: ERP Systems Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our Epicor ERP system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and accounting, with a proven track record of leading change and managing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Epicor ERP system across all sites
  • Define and prioritize enhancements to be implemented in Epicor
  • Review and optimize Epicor SOPs to ensure consistency between sites
  • Implement internal software solutions, including maintenance and purchasing software
  • Implement invoice approval software and EFT across all sites
  • Review and recommend Epicor modules or other software tools to improve business performance and deliver cost savings

Requirements:

  • Experience using Epicor ERP system
  • Minimum 5 years in an IT/accounting role, with a proven track record of leading change and managing projects
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects remotely
  • High level of technology competency, including Epicor, Power BI, and Excel
  • Minimally, an undergraduate degree in Business or IT; ideally, a CPA
  • Ability to travel within North America as required
  • Bi-lingual an asset
