#### Overview

At DrBalcony, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Strategist to join our back-office product development team. This individual will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will have the ability to gather, analyze, and refine requirements, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value back-office features.

#### Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

#### Job Description

As a Product Development Strategist, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

### Key Responsibilities

#### 1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

* Collect and define business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

#### 2. Product Management

* Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and manage the roadmap to align with business objectives.

#### 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with development, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of ERP modules.

#### 4. Agile Project Management

* Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely product releases.

#### 5. ERP Product Expertise

* Understand ERP system architecture and modules, identifying areas for optimization.

#### 6. Data Analysis & Reporting

* Track product performance, user adoption, and feature ROI.

#### 7. Stakeholder Communication

* Provide regular updates and training on ERP functionality to users and senior management.

### Key Requirements

#### 1. Experience

* 3+ years in business analysis or product management, preferably with ERP systems.

#### 2. Skills

* Strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Agile, and ERP implementation.

#### 3. Technical Expertise

* Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and modern tech stacks.

### Key KPIs

#### 1. Stakeholder satisfaction (8/10+)

#### 2. Requirements accuracy (90%)

#### 3. Feature adoption (75% in 3 months)

#### 4. Timely delivery of specs (90% within 2 weeks)
