ERP Specialist Job Description

Oxygen8 Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Epicor Kinetic system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide timely support for incoming ERP system incidents, diagnosing issues, conducting root cause analysis, and resolving problems effectively.
  • System Configuration: Work seamlessly with various departments to ensure smooth data flow across different Epicor Kinetic system modules.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Assist in creating and updating training materials, processes, and work instructions to empower users.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system parameters, processes, and procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
  • Functional Expertise: Leverage functional, analytical, and technical expertise to configure and support Epicor Kinetic functions, including manufacturing, accounting, and Inventory & Supply Chain.
  • User Training: Train individuals on the "quote-to-cash" functionalities within the system.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or associate degree in information technology, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in quote-to-cash processing within the Epicor Kinetic environment and 2 years of experience in an industrial and manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data-related tasks, including SQL, BAQs (Business Activity Queries), and DMT (Data Management Tool).
  • Soft Skills: Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency, strong troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, and highly organized with keen attention to detail.
