Senior Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Medical Support Specialist to join our team at ACE HEALTH CARE. In this role, you will provide administrative support to medical staff, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Job Description:
This is a full-time permanent position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in medical software, and possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
About the Role:
- Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing medical records.
- Assist with opening and distributing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and medical information.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and complete expense reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in medical software, including electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
