We are currently seeking an Automotive Service Technician to join our team at DiCAN Inc., a rapidly expanding Canadian-owned business focused on vehicle safety technology. As a key member of our service technician team, you will be responsible for installing GPS/AVL electronics and other advanced safety products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertly install and service +12VDC/24VDC aftermarket electronics and safety sensors
  • Perform precise mechanical installations of external sensors, including secure mounting and cable routing
  • Configure sensors using software for optimal performance and troubleshooting

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful contribution to enhancing vehicle safety. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving, possess strong mechanical aptitude, and excel in customer interactions.

Requirements:
  • A valid G2 driver's license with a clean abstract
  • Experience with automotive 12VDC/24VDC wiring
  • Commitment to safety, maintaining a clean and hazard-free workspace
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions
  • Proficiency in computer software for sensor configuration and troubleshooting, with a willingness to travel
  • A desire to learn and thrive within a dynamic team
