Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including food and beverage servers.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment: Our airport location offers a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
