Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons/Brioche Doree/Skyway Grill. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
