Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons/Brioche Doree/Skyway Grill. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage servers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
