  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, development, and well-being.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in talent management, organizational development, and HR leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
