Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

At SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and providing strategic guidance to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our HR team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of success in talent management, employee engagement, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Office-based, with occasional travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work outside of regular hours as needed.
