Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

At SMQ Innovative Technology Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function and driving strategic initiatives to support the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure they have the necessary authority and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize HR processes.
  • Supervise and develop HR staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support the business.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure effective use of HR resources.
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive business results.
  • Develop and implement human resource planning and development strategies to support business growth.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of HR policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior HR role.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives and achieving business results.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of the business.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • English language.
