Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Customer Services Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing changes, and managing incoming workflow.

About the Role

The Senior Customer Services Coordinator will work closely with Account Specialists, internal partners, and suppliers to provide support and clarification on requests outside of the norm. They will also manage On Demand and report-based work daily as assigned, process payment applications, and escalate issues to the manager for resolution or action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process changes and maintain ongoing records by processing member changes or client requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide support to Account Specialists, internal partners, and Suppliers for clarifications/processing that are outside of the norm requests
  • Manage incoming workflow, tracking, and support workflow backup when required
  • Process On Demand and any other report-based work daily as assigned, Process daily payment application
  • Evaluate and resolve escalated issues in collaboration with the manager
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed conflict resolution and communication skills
  • Able to deliver information effectively to partners, management, and staff
  • Demonstrated change management, collaboration, and multitasking capabilities
