Door-to-Door Sales Team Lead

TNI The Network Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our door-to-door sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Customer Service: Ensure that sales staff provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting sales trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependability, and initiative.
