Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to join our team at TNI The Network Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in the field, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the field, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team member activities.
  • Identify and address any sales-related issues or concerns, and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on team management and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
