As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their tasks.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to improve their performance.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
