We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to join our team at Airenergy HVAC Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives, enhancing their skills and knowledge to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a retail or door-to-door sales environment.

  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in iOS, MS Outlook, and other relevant software applications.
