Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Supervisor to join our team at TNI The Network Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership and management skills.
