Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming calls, mail, and paperwork, including shipping feedback, cash sale transactions, banking, and report reconciliation.
- Vendor Management: Obtain, review, verify, and enter purchase and expense vendor invoices, debit memos, and debit cancellations in the system for processing.
- Financial Management: Reconcile daily cash transactions payments, prepare bank deposits, and submit deposit paperwork for the National Support Centre.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing of packing slips, pickers, and reconciled reports.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, excellent customer service and verbal communication skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work projects and multitask.
- Knowledge: Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products sold at the Profit Centre.
