Network Service Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Service Operations Manager to join our team at CP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our network service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of professionals to ensure the efficient operation of our network services.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
- Service Level Agreements: Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for processing documents and requests.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments, such as Train and Engine staff, to resolve shift-related issues and ensure efficient train operations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a contact point for addressing issues on the production floor.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: Post-secondary education and at least 5 years of experience in leadership and customer service.
- Technical Skills: Competent in MS Office tools.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication, problem-solving, and capability to handle multiple tasks.
- Desirable Qualifications: Railway experience.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to perform well under pressure and handle conflict situations.
