Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal customers, responding to their requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process internal customer requests through various channels, including phone, email, and web portal
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and escalating complex problems as needed
  • Liaise with Corporate Services and Facilities staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Create and update rosters and set ups as required
  • Assign wireless devices to staff and provide front-line service to all customers and staff

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Education or equivalent
  • Previous related experience in a hospital environment is an asset
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to respond to customers
  • Pleasant and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Positive work performance and attendance record
  • Strong communication in English
  • Computer skills are an asset
