About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team as a Pro Paint Specialist at Behr Paint Company. As a Pro Paint Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painting contractors and their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Form Relationships with Local Pros: You will work closely with the Pro Desk staff to meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with Contractors: You will collaborate with contractors to get exactly the right products for their needs, mix the paint, collect any sundry paint tools they need, and get them in and out of the store quickly so they can get back to work.
- Enter Leads and Contacts into Salesforce: You will enter all your new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
- Work Closely with Home Depot Staff: You will work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Outgoing Personality: You will have an outgoing personality and be able to support the Home Depot Pro Desk and introduce yourself to any contractors.
- Basic Computer Skills: You will have basic computer skills and be able to enter leads and contacts into Salesforce.
- Bilingual: French is preferred.
