Job Title: Customs Specialist

At Randstad Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled Customs Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customs department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with customs-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Customs department with various tasks, including data entry, customer file management, and communication with clients and border agents.
  • Identify changes to customer profiles and advise senior team members accordingly.
  • Maintain and update tariff databases to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and border agents to resolve customs-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customs, preferably in a customs brokerage setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HS codes and tariff codes.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is highly valued.
