  6. Formulate and manage a daily sales strategy and operational plan for the department.
  7. Create tailored development plans for full-time employees, offering guidance to address any performance challenges.
  8. Effectively communicate skills through structured meetings, coaching sessions, and team huddles.
  9. Promote and sustain a positive work culture for all staff members.

Qualifications

  1. Business Acumen – you possess a customer-centric approach and can effectively strategize, implement, and enhance sales.
  2. Leadership Skills – you set an example and are passionate about coaching, nurturing, and motivating your team.
  3. Brand Ambassadorship – you take pride in your work and represent our brand with enthusiasm.
  4. If you are an experienced retail manager with a dedication to people, the industry, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this opportunity is ideal for you.
  5. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail setting, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
  6. A demonstrated history of driving business growth and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. An interest in or involvement with sports or the sporting goods sector is advantageous.
