About the Role

Fulton Hogan is seeking a highly skilled Safety Advisor to join our Infrastructure Services Business in South Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive their career further and gain industry-relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and educate on safety procedures, policies, SWMS, and processes
  • Conduct audits, site inspections, and walkthroughs to ensure compliance
  • Assist with incident investigation, reports, and recommending practical actions to prevent recurrences
  • Lead and participate in pre-start meetings and toolbox talks to promote a culture of safety
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to deliver HSE outcomes
  • Support operational teams in complying with the HSE Management system
  • Identify and manage risks to improve worker awareness of work activities
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Civil Construction Industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong passion for delivering safety and educating risk awareness
  • Working knowledge of Traffic Management requirements and implementation
  • Knowledge of ICAM incident investigation methodology
  • Experience conducting safety audits and providing safety training
