Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KMS Kelowna Medical Supplies. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time

  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment with a team of 1 to 2 people. Public transportation is available.
