Sales and Marketing Leader

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Growth Director to lead our Sales and Marketing teams at Gibbons. This is a key leadership role that will focus on driving revenue growth and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement revenue-growth strategies across all businesses in the Gibbons portfolio.
- Optimize and grow the membership program, The Apres Pass, to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Oversee and implement marketing strategies that align with the Gibbons brand vision and business objectives.
- Lead two teams of managers to execute marketing plans, facilitate group bookings, and manage client relationships.
- Drive outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and make adjustments as needed to drive revenue growth.
**Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong focus on revenue growth and business development.
- Leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application in driving revenue growth.
- Experience driving group bookings and outbound sales activity to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Ability to deliver effective training on upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
