About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Mountain Warehouse. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Delivering great customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Encouraging the team to hit their KPIs and ensuring great company standards
  • Visual merchandising and maintaining a high standard of store appearance
  • Being a Brand Ambassador and promoting the Mountain Warehouse brand

About You:

We are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience, a passion for selling and customer engagement, and an interest in visual merchandising. You should have good organizational skills, be able to motivate a team, and have a hands-on attitude.
