About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy. As an independent contractor, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, delivering evidence-based intervention in the children's home.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting using standardized tools to identify presenting impairments or diagnoses.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based information, best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
  • Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
  • Provide coaching to clients and families to support goal achievement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and client progress.
  • Deliver evidence-based assessment and intervention using SMART goals.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Registration with CASLPO.
  • Excellent assessment and intervention skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience providing home-based services.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred.
