We are expanding our services to include on-site Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) to further support the communication and language needs of our clients. Our collaborative team is dedicated to making a positive impact in each client's life by offering tailored programs in a supportive environment.
**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
- Provide direct therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients’ comprehensive development goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and client outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, client-centered approach to care.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical experience with pediatric populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
