Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at LaSalle Agri Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, and preparing and posting notices and advertisements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
    • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to meet the needs of our organization.
    • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
    • Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Employee Relations
    • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
    • Review candidate inventories to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
    • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to fill our staffing needs.
    • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Benefits and Training
    • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve communication.
    • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Work Environment

    • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
